- Required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request)
- Necessary to provide your contracted services (sending dispute letters to bureaus on your behalf, processing payments through eCrypt)
- Required by our authorized service providers (credit repair software, all bound by confidentiality)

4. Data Security

BSG retains your information for the duration of our service relationship and for 5 years afterward, in compliance with federal and Texas state record retention requirements. After that period, your information is securely destroyed unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
