I built BSG to do real work for Texas families. If we cannot remove a single derogatory item from your credit report within your first 90 days, I do not want your money. It is that simple.

This page explains exactly how the guarantee works, what gets refunded, and how you invoke it. Read it before you sign. Every word matters.

The guarantee in one line: If we are unable to remove any derogatory items from your credit report within 90 days, we will refund every dollar you have paid to BSG during the 90-day period.

What "remove" means: One or more derogatory items deleted from at least one of your three bureau reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) during the 90 days, as evidenced by the bureau response or updated report. One deletion on any one bureau satisfies the guarantee.

Any client who signs the BSG Credit Solutions Standard Plan Agreement is eligible to invoke this guarantee within ninety (90) calendar days of the date we deliver your Credit Audit. This is separate from your federal 3-business-day right to cancel any credit repair contract, which exists independently.

If no derogatory items have been removed within the 90-day window and you invoke the guarantee, BSG will refund every dollar of fees you have paid TO BSG during that 90-day period:

3. How to invoke the guarantee

To invoke the guarantee, send written notice to us before day 90. The notice must:

  1. Reference your signed Standard Plan Agreement (by date and your full name)
  2. Clearly state that you are requesting a refund under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
  3. Be received by us on or before the 90th calendar day from your Credit Audit delivery date

4. When you get your money back

We will process valid refund requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, via the original payment method whenever possible. If we cannot refund to the original method, we will issue the refund by check to the address on file.

If your refund is not processed within 15 business days, you may file a complaint with the Texas Secretary of State Registrations Unit (P.O. Box 13193, Austin, Texas 78711-3193) or the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

5. What counts as a "removal"

A "removal" for purposes of this guarantee means the deletion of one or more derogatory items from one or more of your three bureau reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) during the 90-day period. We evidence removals by the bureau dispute response and your updated credit report.

The following do NOT count as removals for the guarantee:

If we remove a single derogatory item on any one bureau within the 90-day window, the guarantee is satisfied. Even one deletion disqualifies a refund claim under this section. The reasoning is simple: removing items is the work, and one removed item proves the work is happening.

6. One-time use

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee may be invoked once per client per lifetime. If you invoke the guarantee, receive a refund, and later return to BSG for service, the guarantee does not reset.

7. What happens after the 90-day window

After day 90, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. Your right to cancel monthly service at any time remains. You can opt out of the 180-day auto-renewal at any time by sending written notice. No further fees will be charged after the effective cancellation date. You are simply not entitled to a refund of fees already paid for services already performed.

8. Why we offer this

Three reasons.

First, I have seen what bad credit repair operators do to people. They take your money, send a few generic dispute letters, ghost when results do not happen, and leave you worse off than when you started. I am building something different. This guarantee makes my commitment legally binding, not just a marketing line.

Second, I know my process works. 14 years in auto finance taught me what underwriters look at, what moves the score, and what does not. The dispute work we do is custom-built for each client's file. Not templates. If we cannot remove a single derogatory item in 90 days, that is on me, and you should get your money back.

Third, this is a Texas-only operation under CSO Ch. 393 with a $10,000 bond on file. If I screw up, you have recourse against the bond, you can file a complaint, and you can sue me under CROA. The guarantee is just the cleaner first-line option.

The guarantee does not waive or modify any of your other rights, including:

Outside of this specific 90-day removal guarantee, BSG makes no broader representation, warranty, or promise of any specific credit score increase, any number of deletions, or any particular credit outcome. Federal law (CROA Section 1679b(a)(3)) prohibits credit repair organizations from making misleading representations regarding results. Long-term credit outcomes depend on your credit file, bureau responses, furnisher behavior, your own credit behavior going forward, and factors outside our control.

BSG Credit Solutions complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. Sections 1679 to 1679j), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. Sections 1681 et seq.), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. Sections 1692 et seq.), and Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. We are registered as a Credit Services Organization with the Texas Secretary of State and maintain a $10,000 surety bond in favor of the State of Texas.
